Monday night 6-8ish, more experienced.
Instructor is Laurie Van Cott.
Laurie (physical therapist), focuses on anatomical alignment, healing, and cross training that includes developing functional strength and flexibility for muscle balance.
All levels are welcome, and prior yoga practice is not necessary, but the class is designed to fit into a cross-training program for athletes.

Wed night 6 - 7:30 beginner/ remedial
Instructor is Heidi Ribkoff.
Heidi focuses on a slower paced restorative/yin style yoga throughout the winter months. Concentrating on breathing and balance of the body and mind while holding the poses for a longer time allows the body to completely restore, relax and heal.
All levels are welcome and prior yoga practice is not required as lots of verbal instruction will be given.
